My Hair Regimen

This is my current regimen whilst 3 months into my stretch.

Saturdays:
>Pre-poo with aloe vera/coconut oil mix or protein conditioner for 30-60 mins
>Shampoo
>Deep condition with a moisturizing conditioner for 1-2 hours
>Rinse out with cold water and ACV rinse
>Apply leave-ins and detangle
>Air Dry

Wednesdays:
> Apply moisturizing/protein deep conditioner on dry hair for 1-2 hours
>Co-wash out with conditioner
>Apply leave ins and air dry

Daily:
Moisturize and seal

Others:
Oil scalp with JBCO 3 times a week
Baggy 3-4 times a week
Dust ends every 3 months
Wear protective styles 99% of the time(cornrows and buns)
Clarify monthly
Henna every 6 weeks
Hard protein every 8 weeks
Relax no earlier than every 4 months
